Monday – Thursday 8am – 4.30pm
Friday 8am – 12.15pm
Our Newark based client is looking for a Quality Coordinator to maintain the Quality Management System. Reporting to the Technical Director, you will be ensuring compliance, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Key Duties include:
* Maintaining ISO 9001:2015 / ISO 1090 including the control of the Quality Manual
* Manage all standard operating procedures, work instructions, and company records.
* Lead QMS implementation, updates, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Ensure alignment of QMS with business strategy and operational processes.
* Plan and conduct internal and external audits.
* Manage non-conformances, corrective, and preventive actions (CAPA)
* Analyse data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
* Lead continuous improvement projects across departments.
* Assist with conducting Risk Assessments and compiling Method Statements
* Conduct 1 off and sample inspections and maintain the company’s calibration system.
To be considered for the Quality Coordinator role candidates must have previous quality experience and a strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 / ISO 1090 requirements. Experience in quality control/inspection is helpful but not essential. Intermediate Excel and Word skill would be helpful.
