Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a meticulous Quality Controller to ensure that all products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. As a key member of the quality assurance team, the Quality Controller will play a crucial role in maintaining quality control procedures, conducting inspections, and implementing corrective actions to uphold product integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.

* Perform sensory evaluations, measurements, and tests to assess product quality, consistency, and shelf-life.

* Identify and document any deviations or non-conformities, and collaborate with production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.

* Monitor and maintain quality control records, including documentation of inspections, test results, and product specifications.

* Investigate customer complaints and quality issues, and work with cross-functional teams to address root causes and prevent recurrence.

* Participate in internal audits and regulatory inspections to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and industry standards.

* Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality control procedures and best practices.

* Continuously evaluate and improve quality control processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a quality control role within the food manufacturing industry is preferred.

* Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

* Knowledge of food safety regulations, quality management systems, and GMP principles.

* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

* Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve quality issues.

* Proficiency in MS Office and experience with quality control software is an advantage.

* Flexibility to work shifts and weekends as required.
