Description:
My client a rapidly growing business in Harlow seek a Quality Controller to assist with the inspection of their products. The role will be to receive, inspect and test incoming chemical and metal raw materials.
Tasks of a quality controller include (Not limited to)
* Carrying out the goods-inwards inspection on parts using manual measuring techniques
* Ensuring all identified issues found are reported to the company’s quality engineer
* Release/reject all incoming material and label appropriately.
* Document all findings on the company’s goods-inwards inspection log
* Evaluate non-conformances relating to the product, process and Quality System and recommend solutions.
* Liaise with operations personnel on Quality Control Procedures to ensure full adherence to those procedures.

Essential requirements for quality controller
* GCSE’s in English and Math
* Computer literacy in word and excel
* Ability to lift up to 25KG
Work week of a quality controller
The working hours are 8.15am to 4.15pm Mon to Thursday and 8.15am to 3.45pm Friday
