Quality Control Team Leader

We are recruiting for a Quality Control Team Leader, at our site in Telford, to support a small team of production staff and ensure quality systems are followed and adhered to.
Main Responsibilities:
Management and development of the HD Foods quality systems.
Ensuring our product is traceable and GMP audits are correct.
Managing quality system maintenance.
Provide performance information and data to management team.
Drive hygiene and GMP standards within the operational areas.
Ensure adherence to effective Quality systems and procedures.
Ensure QA paperwork, procedures and controls are followed to satisfy internal and external codes of practice and factory protocols i.e. Taste Panel, Quality Assurance, pest control, hygiene, CCP's, etc.
Ensure samples are collected hygienically and sent for analysis offsite.
Support and co-ordinate taste panels, record actions and deliver solutions for non-conforming products / materials.
Support pest control activities on site and liaise with current contractor on records and corrective actions. Key requirements:
Level 3 in Food safety.
Quality Qualification.
Lab Qualification.
HACCP level Qualification and experience of leading HACCP teams.
Qualified in a managerial or supervisory discipline or equivalent experience is desirable.
Qualification or experience in Auditing is desirable. The Process:
