About the Role
Orchard Professional Solutions are recruiting for a QC & Dispatch Supervisor to join a well-established manufacturer of modular buildings and anti-vandal units based in the HU12 area.
This is a permanent position offering an excellent opportunity to join a growing business. You will be responsible for overseeing quality control processes, ensuring finished units meet company standards, and managing the efficient dispatch of products to customers.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise the Quality Control and Dispatch functions
*
Carry out final inspections of modular buildings and anti-vandal units
*
Ensure products meet quality and customer specifications
*
Coordinate the safe and timely dispatch of completed units
*
Complete quality and dispatch documentation accurately
*
Liaise with production teams to meet delivery deadlines
*
Identify and resolve quality issues where necessary
*
Promote Health & Safety and maintain high housekeeping standards
Requirements
*
Previous experience in a Quality Control, Dispatch, or Supervisory role
*
Manufacturing or modular construction experience preferred
*
Strong organisational and leadership skills
*
Excellent attention to detail
*
Good communication and problem-solving abilities
*
Confident using IT systems and completing documentation
