Your responsibilities will also include inspecting bought-in goods from suppliers to ensure customer requirements are met, conducting full glass inspections, and inspecting sample batches of balances for correct strength and straightness. Additionally, you will be responsible for cleaning products to company standards, carrying out minor repairs, and minimising the creation of waste materials.

As a key member of the team, you will also have the opportunity to lead and coordinate weekly Q.C Meetings and Improvement meetings, actively contributing to product development and addressing any issues that arise. Your effective communication skills will be essential as you work collaboratively with all levels of the company.

Joining our client's team means becoming part of a company that prioritises quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction. With their continued production improvement programme, you will have the opportunity to contribute to their ongoing success.
