We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Manager to join our team and ensure our operations align with legal and regulatory requirements.
The Quality & Compliance Auditor will play a crucial role in enabling Enable Infrastructure Ltd to maintain a culture of compliance throughout the organization. You will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and enforcing compliance policies and procedures to ensure that the company adheres to applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. You will work closely with various departments, stakeholders, and external regulatory bodies to promote a strong compliance framework and mitigate potential risks.
Job requirements:
* Proven experience in a compliance-related role, preferably in the infrastructure, construction, or engineering industry.
* Lead auditor
* qualified in ISO 44001 (or working knowledge of)
* Ability to create a dash pivot
* PTS (not essential)
* Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
* Familiarity with risk management principles and practices.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in using compliance software and systems.
* Professional certifications in compliance (e.g., Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional) are desirable but not mandatory.
