Location: Ratby Lane, Leicester
Salary: £29,707.26
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Shift: Tuesday–Friday, 10:00am–6:30pm & Saturday, 6:00am–2:30pm (40 hours)

We're looking for a Quality Auditor to join our Added Value team in Leicester. You'll play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality, food safety and compliance while supporting continuous improvement across the site.
What You'll Do
Carry out quality audits against GMP, HACCP, QMS and food safety standards.
Complete product sampling, testing and quality documentation.
Investigate non-conformances and support corrective actions.
Support product launches, NPD trials and customer complaint investigations.
Verify food safety controls, calibrate equipment and help maintain audit readiness.
Work closely with Operations and Technical teams to drive quality improvements.
About You
Experience in food manufacturing, quality assurance or auditing is desirable.
Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced production environment with a flexible approach.
