Quality Auditor – Food Manufacturing
Hours: 06:00–18:00
Shifts: Sunday–Tuesday or Sunday–Wednesday
We are looking for a Quality Auditor to join a busy food manufacturing environment.
Requirements:
* Previous food manufacturing experience, ideally in Quality Assurance, Quality Control or Food Safety.
* Good knowledge of GMP, hygiene, allergen control and food safety standards.
* Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping skills.
* Good communication skills and confidence working independently.
* Microsoft Office experience is desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carrying out GMP and hygiene audits.
* Completing production start-up and quality checks.
* Conducting product assessments and taste panels.
* Performing allergen verification and environmental monitoring.
* Maintaining quality documentation and supporting corrective actions.
* Working with production teams to ensure food safety and quality standards are met.
