Position Overview: As a Quality Assurance Tester, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, functionality, and usability of their software products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify issues, implement testing strategies, and contribute to the overall improvement of their product offerings. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for quality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to validate software functionality
* Conduct manual and automated testing to identify defects and ensure product quality
* Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues
* Document test results and communicate findings to relevant teams
* Participate in Agile/Scrum processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
* Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in software testing
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
* Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role
* Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and techniques
* Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG
* Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Effective communication and collaboration abilities
