The Role: What you'll be doing

Compliance & Audits: Conducting daily GMP, hygiene, and system audits to keep standards high.
Sampling & Swabbing: Carrying out environmental swabbing and logging micro, chemical, and nutritional samples.
Product Assessment: Evaluating raw materials upon arrival, assessing shelf-life, and approving final product mixes.
Raising the Bar: Identifying non-conformances, raising the "red flag" when necessary, and driving immediate corrective actions.
Paperwork & Calibration: Calibrating temperature probes/scales and ensuring all quality paperwork is perfectly filed.What we are looking for
We are looking for a self-motivated go-getter who can work with minimal supervision.

Experience: Some QA or auditing experience is essential. While food production is ideal, we also highly value transferable skills from other precise industries like medical, FMCG, chemical or beauty.
Attributes: A strong, confident decision-maker who isn't afraid to take charge on shift.
Skills: Excellent attention to detail, basic tech-savviness for data entry, and a desire to constantly improve.
Qualifications: Food Hygiene Level 2 is a bonus, but we are happy to put the right person through training!
