An excellent opportunity is on offer for a Quality Assurance Manager looking to join a market-leading company, where you will play a pivotal role in the future success and growth of the business.

Established over 50 years ago, this company designs, manufactures, and services cutting-edge products. This business has exceeded year-over-year records for the past 5 years. Due to reaching a milestone in their goals, they are looking to recruit a Quality Assurance Manager to join the team.
In this role, you will spearhead quality assurance and organisational change across the entire site. You will ensure that ISO practices are always adhered to. Working closely with the operations director and the HR team, you will bring about significant changes across the entire business. You will be required to train and mentor 'quality champions' across the company, ensuring that QMS is at the centre of everyone's focus.
This position is ideal for someone who wants to tackle a new challenge, leaving their mark on the business while having the chance to grow within it.
The Role:
* Quality Assurance Manager
* Drive behavioural change across the business.
* Spearheading QMS and ISO practices, developing new systems and maintaining existing ones.
* Working closely with Operations, Technical, and HR Directors
* £45,000 - £50,000 + Training, Development, Progression, Pension, and other excellent benefits
