Key Responsibilities as a Quality Manager:
Lead and mentor the quality engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve quality issues.
Collaborate with teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the product lifecycle.
Oversee the execution of internal and external audits, focusing on compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Monitor and report on key quality metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Liaise with customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies on quality-related matters.
To Qualify for the Quality Manager position:
Experience in leading and managing quality engineering teams, or knowledge as a Senior Quality Engineer
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to conduct thorough root cause analysis.
Prior demonstration of excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
Certification in quality engineering or management (e.g., CQE, CQM, Six Sigma Black Belt) is highly desirable.
