Quality Assurance Manager - 12 month FTC

Description:

Thomas Search Group are supporting an award winning construction & facilities management provider located in Tidworth, Wiltshire, who is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to cover maternity leave for a 12 month period. 

You will be overseeing the Acceptance into Use and Service Process, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and statutory documentation.
Supervising quality and compliance activities within the Capital Projects Team and supporting project assurance processes.
Planning, leading, and reporting audits, while managing actions and monitoring performance against audit programmes.
Leading the management of non-conformances, root cause analysis, and corrective actions to drive continuous improvement.
Working with project managers and stakeholders to identify quality risks, evaluate subcontractor performance, and maintain compliant records.
Embedding quality management principles, facilitating lessons learned and supporting certification and improvement initiatives. Qualification & Experience:

Lead Auditor certification and membership of the Chartered Quality Institute.
Proven experience in a quality management role, leading multi-disciplined teams, developing integrated management systems and working with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Proactive approach with strong attention to detail
