The primary objective of this role is to drive the maturity and integration of our Business Management System (BMS) and Quality Management System (QMS) framework. The successful candidate will lead the preparation and readiness strategy for our upcoming surveillance audit scheduled for December 2026, ensuring all documentation and operational practices are in full compliance with ISO 9001 standards. The ideal candidate will possess deep experience in process modelling, a strong background in ISO standards, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into structured workflows that drive both audit readiness and operational excellence
