About The Role
EKFB is proud to have been appointed by HS2 to deliver civil engineering works across an 80km section of the new high speed rail link between the Chiltern Tunnel and Long Itchington Wood.

We're seeking to recruit a Quality Assurance Engineer in the Brackley area to work collaboratively with the delivery team to plan for product realisation through Inspection and Test Plan work packages to ensure suitability for construction activities.
You will understand and implement Quality, technical assurance and completion requirements to ensure ITP’s are in EKFB format and conform with HS2 requirements and contain the correct document references. You will also support and report upon the delivery of all section related construction phase quality, assurance and completions related activities to ensure Quality Control is effectively implemented by the construction teams. In addition, you will develop and utilise relationships with Designer, Client representatives and internal stakeholders to ensure delivery of all ITP related requirements, including specific information passed to the construction delivery teams for inclusion within their programmes.

About The Candidate
Experience in construction workface preferably from an engineering background (engineer/section engineer).
Experience in reinforced concrete and steel bridge construction.
Good IT skills (MS Office suite and information management systems).
Ability to work with construction teams to achieve Quality Control/Quality Assurance objectives but also to “call it out” when issues are encountered.
Holder of CSCS card and Full driving licence
