Quality Assurance Associate

Description:

Manpower is currently looking for a Quality Assurance Associate to join our client in Perth, 16 hours per week working a Tuesday and Wednesday between the hours of 8am-16:30pm.

This interesting role will involve being responsible for the verification of production data prior to release for distribution to customers at a busy site.

Responsibilities:

Efficient review of production documentation to allow for the timely release of product
Posting of stock on inventory management system (SAP).
Assist with preparing and communicating Quality Department metrics
Conduct internal audits of operations to ensure that quality standard and regulatory requirements are maintained.
Work collaboratively with relevant team members to improve process efficiency.
Ensure accurate issuance, tracking, reviewing and closure for all levels of document changes using Master Control software.
Train members of the Quality Associate Team and other relevant staff.
Support other QMS activities such as CAPA, Management of Change and Risk Management when required
Assist the Quality Manager in other Quality Assurance activities when required.

Ideal Experience:

Ideally have 2 year's experience in a corporate environment, preferably an organisation certified to ISO 9001, ISO 13485 or other international standard.
Internal auditor trained/ experienced
Experience of reviewing/updating production documentation, SOP's or similar
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Ability to work independently in a quick-paced environment.
