About Europa
Europa is a well-established player in the electrical wholesale market, known for distributing a comprehensive array of products. As Quality Assistant, you'll conduct thorough product inspections, maintain document control systems, and uphold industry standards like ISO. You'll collaborate with suppliers and our technical team to ensure products meet regulatory requirements and quality expectation.

Key Responsibilities – Quality Assistant
* Assist in detailed product inspections alongside the Quality & Compliance Technician.
* Maintain and update document control systems with precision and accuracy.
* Apply knowledge of ISO and electrical standards to uphold product quality.
* Communicate with suppliers to gather product details and report non-compliances.
* Collaborate with the technical department to verify product requirements and address quality issues.
* Identify non-conformances during inspections and recommend improvements.
* Conduct root cause analysis of non-conformances and implement corrective actions.
* Maintain records of non-conformances and prepare necessary reports and documentation.
Skills & Experience requirements -While experience in quality control is a plus, we value enthusiasm and a can-do attitude above all. Here's what we're looking for:
