POSITION SUMMARY:

The Quality Analyst plays a key role in ensuring product quality and compliance with industry regulations. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to product quality and customer feedback. Your insights will drive quality improvements and contribute to maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Data Collection and Analysis: Gather data from production processes, quality control tests, and customer feedback. Analyze data to identify trends, root causes of quality issues, and areas for improvement.

· Quality Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on quality performance, highlighting key metrics, trends, and recommendations for corrective actions. Present these findings to management and other stakeholders.

· Compliance and Audits: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, such as AS9100 and ISO 9001. Participate in internal and external quality audits, providing necessary documentation and support.

· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Quality Assurance, Production, Engineering, and Customer Service teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.

· Quality Improvement Initiatives: Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement programs. Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance processes, reduce defects, and improve overall product quality.

· Customer Support: Assist in resolving customer complaints and quality-related issues. Provide technical expertise and guidance to internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

· Documentation and Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of quality-related data, processes, and audit trails.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.

· Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or a related field in the aerospace industry.

· Strong analytical skills with experience in statistical analysis software, such as Minitab or JMP.

· Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100) and industry regulations.

· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data collection and reporting.

· Strong communication skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly and effectively.

· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.

· Knowledge of quality improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) is an advantage.
