Quality Analyst
Monday to Friday
Salary - DOE
This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Analyst to join a manufacturing site in Herefordshire supplying flavours, herbal and botanical products. The quality analyst will be responsible for day-to-day tasks relating to analytical essential oil testing, batch production and certification of products.
You will join at team of 7 on site and will be reporting to the quality management within the business working Monday to Thursday 8am-4.30pm and Friday 8am-1pm.
Main Duties
Carry out analytic testing and organoleptic assessment of raw materials
Issue certificates of analysis
Liaise with other departments e.g production/development/purchasing
Technical assistance to the production department
Advise on quality issues
Maintain records and laboratory equipmentExperience
The role will suit someone from a quality background and ideally have 2 years experience within a quality/laboratory position. It is not essential to have worked in liquid, however it will be an advantage.
