Quality Analyst
We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Warranty Specialist Analyst to join a busy Customer Claims team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a mechanical background who enjoys fault finding, problem-solving, technical analysis, and working closely with customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Investigate and analyse products returned under warranty.
Carry out inspections, testing, and technical assessments of returned units.
Raise and process warranty claims through internal systems.
Identify root causes of product failures and customer issues.
Produce detailed technical reports and findings.
Liaise with customers and internal departments to support claim resolution.
Carry out occasional customer site visits to support troubleshooting activities.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and testing methods.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience within an engineering, manufacturing, workshop, technical support, or customer service environment.
Mechanical or mechatronics knowledge gained through qualifications or practical experience.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good attention to detail and a methodical approach to investigations.
Hydraulics knowledge would be advantageous.
SAP experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
