Identify quality risks and track corrective and preventative actions through to completion.

Reporting & Assurance

Maintain quality records and produce insightful quality reports and dashboards.
Provide management teams with visibility of project quality performance and identify areas for improvement.

Support lessons learned activities and root cause analysis initiatives.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement, compliance, and accountability within project teams.

Stakeholder Engagement

Build strong relationships with Project Managers, Engineers, and Leadership Teams.
Influence stakeholders to adopt and follow quality standards and processes.
Escalate significant quality concerns through the appropriate governance channels when necessary.

Essential Experience

Previous experience in a Quality Advisor, Quality Assurance, or Governance role.
Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS).
Experience conducting audits and assessing compliance against standards.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Desirable Experience

ISO 9001 knowledge and practical application.
Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor certification.
Experience in Utilities, Energy, Engineering, Infrastructure, Defence, or Telecommunications sectors.
