Quality Administrator
Rochdale, OL11 1AP

*    6-month fixed term contract
*    8:00am – 4:30pm, Monday to Thursday; 8am – 1:00pm on Fridays
*    £24,000 - £27,000 dependent on experience
*    SharePoint experience essential

We design, manufacture, test, install and commission Reverse Osmosis plants within multiple sectors, alongside technical assistance, and support for other manufacturers water treatment systems.

The Quality Administration Role:

The main purpose of the job role is to provide a professional and affective Quality, service to the business.

Key tasks:

*    Ensuring that all relevant supporting documentation from suppliers is provided where necessary.
*    Assisting with the setup of a Quality SharePoint.
*    Assist the Quality Manager in creating reports and provide any administrative support on an ad-hoc basis.
*    Assist process owners with the review and update of current processes.
*    Raising and dealing with non-conformances, including completing the appropriate documentation, carrying out full investigations and root cause analysis.
*    Maintaining and actively promoting company culture in line with the core values of the business.
*    Any other reasonable tasks that may be requested to suit the needs of the Company.

Knowledge, skills & experience required:

We are looking for someone with Administration experience. Having experience in Quality would also be hugely advantageous. However, full training will be given on this side of the role.
