Our Manufacturing client in Chichester is currently looking for a Quality Administrator to coordinate and maintain quality documentation. You’ll work with suppliers and the quality team to help ensure documentation meets company standards and customer requirements.
Key responsibilities
* Collate and review product release documentation to support dispatch and customer quality requirements.
* Liaise with suppliers to ensure documentation for raw materials and components meets company standards and specifications.
* Coordinate the collection of essential quality documentation.
* Monitor and report quality performance metrics, highlighting trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.
* Process and archive documentation in an ERP system.
* Review purchase orders for quality assurance requirements and accuracy.
* Support day-to-day administration within the QA department.
* Maintain quality records and archives.
Working hours
* Monday to Thursday: 07:30–16:00.
* Friday: 07:30–12:00.
* 30-minute lunch break Monday to Thursday.
