Are you a dedicated and qualified Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting children's learning? We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team and support primary schools across Retford!
About the Role: As a Qualified Teaching Assistant, you will provide invaluable support to teachers and students across EYFS, KS1, and KS2. Your role will be to help create a positive and effective learning environment in primary schools throughout Retford.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
Provide support to individual students and small groups to enhance their learning.
Help maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment.
Contribute to the planning and preparation of classroom activities.Requirements:
Hold a Cache / NVQ Level 2, 3, or 4 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent.
Be able to provide reference details from your most recent employment and covering the last 24 months.
Hold or be willing to process an Enhanced DBS Certificate.
Have the right to work in the UK.
Experience supporting children in a classroom setting across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 for six months or more.Ideal Candidate:
Passionate about supporting children's educational and personal development.
Reliable, adaptable, and able to work collaboratively with teaching staff.
