Qualified Teacher Required

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Qualified Teacher to join a supportive and inclusive school environment. This is a full-time position and is ideal for an experienced teacher who is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of pupils, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
Create a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
Support the academic, social, and emotional development of pupils.
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, SENCOs, and other professionals.
Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress.
Implement effective behaviour management strategies.

Essential Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
Previous experience supporting or teaching pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Must be available to work full-time.

Desirable

Experience working within an SEN school, resource base, or mainstream setting supporting SEN learners.
Knowledge of EHCPs and differentiated learning approaches.
Training in autism, ADHD, SEMH, or other additional needs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
