Croydon Mash is a passionate and forward-thinking team committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. Our Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub plays a crucial role in identifying and assessing risks, ensuring swift and effective interventions to protect children.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with professionals from various agencies to assess and analyze information regarding child protection concerns.
Conduct comprehensive assessments, providing expert recommendations for intervention and support.
Work within statutory guidelines, policies, and procedures to ensure the highest standards of child protection.
Engage with families, building rapport to understand their needs and challenges.
Contribute to the effective operation of the MASH, sharing information and insights to enhance the decision-making process.About You:
Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England.
Strong understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
