Are you a passionate and dedicated Qualified Social Worker looking to make a significant impact in children's services? A Local Authority in North London is seeking experienced professionals like you to join their dynamic Exploitation and Edge of Care Team.

Responsibilities:
Managing cases of children and young people at risk of exploitation or on the edge of care
Conducting thorough assessments to identify risks and needs
Developing and implementing intervention plans to protect and support vulnerable children and young people
Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams, including health, education, and law enforcement, to ensure comprehensive care and protection
Providing support and guidance to children, young people, and their families
Preparing detailed reports and attending court proceedings when necessary
Requirements:
Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England
Proven experience in working with children at risk of exploitation or on the edge of care
Strong assessment, analytical, and report-writing skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage a diverse caseload
