Pay:  up to £38.50 per hour

Contract: Full-Time Locum

In the office: 3 days a week, 2 days working from home

Are you a passionate and dedicated Qualified Social Worker looking for a challenging yet rewarding role in children's services? The London Borough of Merton is seeking experienced professionals like you to join their dynamic Assessment and Intervention Team.

Responsibilities:

Conducting assessments and investigations in child protection cases

Developing and implementing intervention plans to support families in crisis

Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure the safety and well-being of children

Providing support and guidance to children and families at risk

Advocating for children's rights and promoting positive outcomes

Requirements:

Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England

Experience in Assessment and Intervention within Children's Services

Strong assessment and analytical skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage a varied caseload
