Randstad are recruiting for a Qualified Social Worker to join Wirral Council's Review Team. This is a full time role, offering a fantastic pay rate of £28 per hour, DOE.

Cover a wide remit of reviews and reassessment across the Wirral, working with persons recently discharged from hospital and those residing in the community.
Support with various adult social care projects and at risk care home and domiciliary providers.
Collaborate with Wirral contracts & commissioning and quality improvement teams, adhering to outcomes focused and legal literate practices.
Support with the latter service delivery, utilising assessment, and intervention skills, framed in legal literate practices.Requirements:

Social Work England Registered
Enhanced DBS
Social Work Degree or equivalentExperience:
