MDT working
Be able to complete Care Act 2014 Assessments
Have confidence in completing Mental Capacity and Best Interest assessments
Be able to manage and respond in a fast paced environment
Prioritise case load and be adaptable to re-prioritise as service allows
Have awareness of Discharge pathways and models
Knowledge of Liquid Logic system would be desirable
