Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement individualised education plans tailored to meet the diverse needs of students with special needs.
Create engaging and accessible lesson plans that promote active learning and development across various domains.
Provide differentiated instruction and support to address the specific learning styles and abilities of each student.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including therapists, support staff, and parents to ensure holistic student progress.
Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes social-emotional growth and positive behaviour management.
Utilise assistive technology and adaptive resources to enhance learning experiences and accessibility for all students.
Qualifications:

A degree in Special Education or a related field.
Experience of working with children with special needs in an educational setting.
Strong understanding of diverse learning needs.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
