Children's Qualified Residential Support Worker Melksham
£15.75 per hour
£65 per sleep in

You'll be joining a caring residential team, offering day to day support, emotional reassurance, and positive role modelling to young people who need it most.

What you'll be doing:

Creating a homely, safe environment where young people feel valued

Supporting daily routines, school prep, healthy meals, and life skills

Encouraging hobbies, friendships, and confidence building activities

Being a consistent, trusted adult who listens and understands

Working closely with staff and professionals to ensure the best outcomes

You'll need:

Level 3 Residential Childcare qualification (or similar)

UK driving licence

A calm, compassionate approach

Ability to build strong, positive relationships

A genuine commitment to supporting looked after children

You'll receive:

£15.75 hourly rate

£65 per sleep in

Flexible, ongoing agency shifts

A supportive team who stay in regular contact
