Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver dynamic lessons tailored to Key Stage 2 students.
- Cultivate an inclusive and positive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning.
- Employ differentiated teaching strategies to accommodate various learning styles, including those of SEN students.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to facilitate individual growth.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and support staff to ensure comprehensive student development.
- Maintain open channels of communication with parents and guardians regarding student well-being and progress.
- Uphold the school's ethos while fostering a culture of respect and empathy among students.
Candidate Requirements:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
- Previous experience teaching within Key Stage 2 is preferred.
- Proficient understanding of SEN and adeptness in implementing differentiation strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
