Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and qualified Primary School Teacher to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a full classroom, which includes planning and delivering engaging lessons, marking student work, and participating in all aspects of school life, including parents' evenings.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to the needs of all students in the class.
* Assess and mark pupils' work, providing constructive feedback to support their learning and development.
* Develop and implement effective classroom management strategies to create a positive and productive learning environment.
* Communicate effectively with parents and carers, including participation in parents' evenings, to discuss pupil progress and address any concerns.
* Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of the school.
* Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and report on this regularly to senior leadership and parents.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
* Experience teaching at the primary level, with a strong understanding of the national curriculum.
* Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
