As a Qualified Primary Teacher, you will work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and the wider multidisciplinary team to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment. The successful Qualified Primary Teacher will hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), have excellent classroom management skills, and demonstrate a flexible, patient, and creative approach to teaching SEN children. Previous experience in a special school or working with pupils with additional needs is desirable but not essential.
