General supply teachers needed in South Birmingham including Solihull, Northfield Selly Oak , Harborne and surrounding areas.

Applicants who are successful must possess the following qualifications and attributes:
• A PGCE or an equivalent UK teaching qualification that has led to the acquisition of QTS or QTLS.
• A strong passion for multiple subjects and an exceptional understanding of KS3 and KS4
• A team-oriented mindset and a strong desire to contribute to a collaborative working environment
• The ability to plan, assess, and deliver lessons of the highest quality (planning and assessment requirements only apply to short-term and long-term placements)
• Proficient classroom management skills, including effective behaviour management techniques
• Excellent time management skills, as well as a good grasp of information and communication technology.
