The Role
As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will:
Support children's learning and development through engaging, play-based activities
Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Support observations and children's individual learning journeys
Encourage children's confidence, independence, and wellbeing
Work closely with the wider nursery team
Contribute to the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the setting
Follow EYFS and safeguarding procedures
We're Looking For
Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare
Previous experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting
A caring, enthusiastic, and reliable approach
Someone who enjoys working as part of a close and supportive team
Strong communication skills
A genuine passion for Early Years education
