Colmore Education are currently recruiting for a QTS PE Teacher to join a mainstream secondary school in Wolverhampton.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed PE Teacher who can deliver engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4, motivate students and create a positive environment where pupils can develop their skills and confidence.
The Role
As a PE Teacher, you will be responsible for:
* Planning and delivering engaging KS3 and KS4 PE lessons.
* Teaching a range of practical and theoretical PE topics.
* Differentiating lessons to support students of varying abilities.
* Maintaining high standards of behaviour and participation.
* Building positive relationships with students and colleagues.
* Assessing and monitoring student progress.
* Contributing to the wider PE and extracurricular programme where appropriate.
The Ideal Candidate
The successful PE Teacher will have:
* QTS and relevant teaching experience.
* Strong subject knowledge across KS3 and KS4 PE.
* Previous experience teaching PE within a secondary school.
* Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
* The ability to motivate and engage students.
* A passion for sport and physical education.
* A commitment to helping students achieve their full potential.
