Hours: Monday – Friday, Part-Time or Full-Time, 3–5 Days Per Week
Shift: 8:00am – 6:30pm

About the Role
We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join a welcoming Early Years setting in Beaconsfield.
You will support children aged 0–5 with their learning, development and daily routines, creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment in line with the EYFS framework.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities
* Support children’s learning and development through play
* Follow the EYFS framework and individual development goals
* Observe and record children’s progress
* Support communication, social and emotional development
* Assist with meals, personal care and daily routines
* Build positive relationships with children and families
* Maintain a safe and stimulating Early Years environment
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
* Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Early Years or equivalent
* Previous nursery or Early Years experience
* Good understanding of the EYFS
* Caring, patient and enthusiastic approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
* Right to Work in the UK
Desirable:
* Experience working across the 0–5 age range
* Paediatric First Aid qualification
* Experience supporting children with additional needs
