Academics is currently recruiting qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioners to support a variety of nursery settings across Brighton & Hove on a flexible supply basis.
If you are passionate about early years education and enjoy working in different environments, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience across a range of nurseries while maintaining flexibility around your existing commitments. We can offer work to suit your availability, whether you're looking for occasional shifts or more regular placements.
The Role
Provide high-quality care and learning opportunities for children within nursery settings.
Support children's development through play-based learning and structured activities.
Assist in creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment.
Follow nursery policies and procedures, including safeguarding requirements.
Work collaboratively with nursery teams to ensure the best outcomes for children.
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members.
Requirements
CACHE Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or an equivalent full and relevant Level 3 qualification).
Previous experience working within an early years or nursery setting.
Good understanding of the EYFS framework.
Flexible, reliable, and adaptable approach to work.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A genuine passion for supporting young children's learning and development.
