Qualified Early Years Practitioner (Level 3 or above)
Happy Chalet Nursery is looking for an experienced and passionate Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly team.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the EYFS framework and experience working within a Montessori-inspired environment. We are looking for someone who is confident, organised and able to take responsibility for their room while creating a warm and engaging learning environment for children.
Early Years Practitioner Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework.
* Set up stimulating learning environments and activities.
* Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
* Support children's learning, development and wellbeing.
* Observe, assess and record children's progress.
* Ensure the highest standards of safeguarding, health and safety.
* Work effectively as part of a professional team.
Early Years Practitioner Requirements:
* Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above).
* Minimum 3 years' experience in an Early Years setting.
* Good knowledge of the EYFS framework.
* Experience with or an understanding of the Montessori approach.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* A positive, reliable and professional attitude.
* A genuine passion for working with young children
