Level 2 & Level 3 Preschool Practitioner
Are you a Level 2 or Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner looking for a new opportunity in a friendly, welcoming preschool?
We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and passionate Early Years Practitioner to join our preschool team in Napton-on-the-Hill, Southam, on a permanent basis.
This is a Monday to Friday position, 8:30am-3:15pm, offering lovely consistent weekday hours and a great opportunity for someone looking for a good work-life balance.
About the role
As part of our preschool team, you'll help create a warm, happy and stimulating environment where children feel safe, confident and excited to learn.
You'll be involved in supporting children through their learning and play, providing engaging activities and helping them develop their independence, confidence and curiosity as they get ready for their next step into school.
We're looking for someone who is:
* Level 2 or Level 3 qualified in Early Years
* Warm, caring and genuinely passionate about working with young children
* Enthusiastic, creative and enjoys getting involved in children's learning and play
* A positive and confident team player
* Reliable, friendly and approachable
* Able to build strong relationships with children, parents and colleagues
* Committed to providing high-quality care and learning experiences
