Early Years Practitioner (Supply) | Flexible Nursery Work

We're looking for caring, enthusiastic Early Years Practitioners to join our growing team of supply staff. With assignments available throughout the week, you'll enjoy the freedom to create a schedule that works for you while making a real difference to children's learning and development.

Your Responsibilities

* Support children's learning, development and wellbeing through play and everyday activities.
* Deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework.
* Meet children's individual care and developmental needs.
* Observe, monitor and record children's progress where required.
* Build positive relationships with children, parents and nursery colleagues.
* Help create a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment where children can thrive.

What We're Looking For

* A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (preferred).
* Paediatric First Aid certification, or a willingness to complete a two-day First Aid training course.
* A good understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
* A caring, reliable and enthusiastic approach to working with young children.
* Flexibility and confidence to adapt to different nursery settings.
