What We’re Looking For:

Qualifications: QTS, PGCE, Cert Ed, or other relevant teaching qualifications.
Experience: Proven experience working with young people, especially those with diverse needs and goals.
Curriculum Knowledge: Ability to follow and teach the National Curriculum effectively.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills to engage and inspire pupils.
Relationship Building: Ability to build strong, positive relationships with both staff and students.
Classroom Management: Outstanding classroom management skills to create a productive learning environment.
Adaptability: Flexibility to cover various subjects or take on general cover roles as needed.
Passion: A genuine passion for teaching and making a difference in students' lives.
Problem-Solving: Innovative and creative problem-solving skills to address unique classroom challenges.
Team Player: Collaborative mindset to work effectively within a team of educators.
Commitment: Dedication to student development and educational excellence.
