Tezlom is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team of Teachers in London area.
QTS English Teacher required at Tezlom for an excellent Primary School in Kensington, We require a motivational and knowledgeable Teacher to help Early Year Foundation Stage children to learn English It is a full time permanent position starting as soon as possible
The ideal candidate should:
* Be an outstanding classroom practitioner in primary school
* should hold Qualified Teachers Status (QTS) in the UK
* Have the energy, passion, and drive to raise the standard
* Have experience working as a Teacher
* Have knowledge and understanding of developments in education
JOB DESCRIPTION:
You are required to carry out the duties of a School Teacher as set out in the current School teachers’ Pay and Conditions Document. You will carry out such particular duties as the Head Teacher may reasonably direct from time to time.
Location: Kensington, London
Days/Hours: Monday -Friday 8:30am-4pm
Age Group: Primary -3-11 years
Salary : TBC
TEACHING AND LEARNING
1. Teach English as required at all levels.
2. Contribute to the Department’s bank of resources for the teaching of English and assist in the production of materials which take into account pupils of all abilities and levels.
3. Contribute to the drawing up, evaluation and reviewing of schemes of work in relation to Key Stages 1 & 2
4. Plan and evaluate work in accordance with school policy.
5. Provide team teaching support in class as required.
ASSESSMENT, RECORDING & REPORTING
1. Maintain records of achievement and progress of all pupils in accordance with the statutory requirements and the School policy.
2. Mark and return work set, including homework, within an agreed and reasonable time.
3. Use the School’s marking and feedback policy at all times.
4. Complete student data entry and reports in line with School Policy.
5. Attend Parents’ Evenings as required and keep parents/carers informed about their child’s performance and future targets
