Exciting Opportunity for a QTS Health & Social Care Teacher in Slough
GSL Education is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated QTS Health & Social Care Teachers to join our client schools in Slough. This is a fantastic opportunity to inspire and educate students in the field of Health & Social Care.
As a QTS Health & Social Care Teacher, your responsibilities will include:
Planning and delivering engaging and well-structured lessons in Health & Social Care that align with the national curriculum.
Assessing and monitoring student progress, providing constructive feedback, and supporting students in achieving their full potential.
Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student well-being and encourages active participation.
Collaborating with colleagues to integrate Health & Social Care into the broader school curriculum and enhance cross-curricular learning opportunities.
Staying up-to-date with developments in Health & Social Care education and incorporating new techniques and methodologies into your teaching practice.
Candidate Qualifications and Attributes:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching Health & Social Care.
Strong knowledge of the Health & Social Care curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents/guardians.
A passion for Health & Social Care and a commitment to helping students develop their skills and understanding.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Dedication to ongoing professional development and a commitment to inclusive education.
Must hold a current Enhanced Child Only DBS registered with the update service or be prepared to apply for a new one with GSL Education.
