Description:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for experienced Social Worker to join Wirral's Permanence Team for a competitive hourly rate of £35, hybrid working. Don't miss out on the opportunity to join a very stable team!
Some Key Responsibilities:
* Completion of parenting and risk assessments
* Making referrals and attending to the stability/permanence panel to request services and permanence plans
* Requesting and attending strategy meetings and completing s.47 procedures
* Seeking legal advice around Dols and completing reports
* Plan, coordinate, chair care planning meetings, updating care plans and pathway plans
* Complete statutory visits in a timely manner
* Duty tasks
* Completing C&F assessments
Qualifications:
* 2 years post qualifying experience
* SWE registration
