Job Description: Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QSHE) Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced QSHE Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of Business Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental Management Systems, as well as Business Support Services including Facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

General Duties:

* Ensure company compliance with QSHE regulations.

* Provide and facilitate training related to QSHE activities.

* Coordinate change control activities.

* Manage QSHE policies and arrangements, collaborating with HR when necessary.

* Serve as the primary point of contact for all QSHE activities, offering advice and information.

* Compile and issue KPIs for monthly Board Reports.

* Develop and refine Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality Management Systems to meet evolving business needs.

* Participate as a member of the Senior Management Team.

Quality Duties:

* Promote and improve the business quality system culture.

* Manage and maintain ISO9001:2015 accreditation.

* Maintain internal ISO9001 auditing schedule and process.

* Oversee the Concern Action (8D) process.

* Manage quality aspects of the supply chain management process.

* Contribute to the design, development, and improvement of new and existing products.

Health, Safety & Environment Duties:

* Foster a strong health and safety culture.

* Ensure the H&S and Environmental Management system complies with current legislation.

* Identify requirements for Risk Assessment and Safe Systems of Work, compile, and manage them.

* Record and investigate Near Misses and Accidents.

* Work towards future accreditations/approvals (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.).

* Deliver H&S induction and toolbox training.

* Provide expertise on all Health, Safety, and Environmental matters.

* Ensure the company’s environmental arrangements comply with regulatory requirements.

* Lead and manage the health surveillance program in conjunction with HR.

Certification and Compliance:

* Support the product and site scheme audit program (SDI19, (phone number removed) FPC Partner, etc.).

* Manage the H&S and Site Installer Scheme Audit program.

Experience and Qualifications:

* Proven experience in managing the QSHE function in an engineering and/or manufacturing environment.

* Familiarity with attaining and maintaining ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 accreditations.

* Ability to develop and lead a small team.

* Experienced QMS/H&S auditor.
