Lead Quality, Safety, Health & Environmental Excellence Across a National Facilities Portfolio Are you an experienced QSHE professional looking to influence safety culture across multiple Facilities Management contracts?

A leading Facilities Management organisation is seeking a QSHE Manager to provide Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental support across a national portfolio. This is a mobile, home-based role where you'll work closely with operational teams to drive compliance, improve performance and promote best practice across multiple contracts.

The Role As the QSHE Manager, you will:

Provide expert QSHE support to contract management teams across multiple sites.
Carry out site inspections, audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance with company and statutory requirements.
Monitor contract performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Develop, review and implement Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental policies and procedures.
Produce method statements, project safety plans and compliance documentation.
Investigate incidents, support corrective actions and advise on risk management.
Deliver health and safety training and promote a positive safety culture throughout the business.
Support contract mobilisations and work closely with operational teams to ensure consistent QSHE standards.
Maintain compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
Prepare reports and present findings to senior management. About You To be successful in this role, you'll have:

NEBOSH Level 6 Diploma (essential) or equivalent Level 6 Health & Safety qualification.
Experience within Facilities Management, M&E or a multi-site operational environment.
Strong knowledge of UK Health & Safety legislation and statutory compliance.
Experience carrying out audits, inspections and risk assessments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
A proactive approach to driving continuous improvement and compliance.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally. Desirable
Lead Auditor qualification.
Experience managing ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
